Synopsis :

In 1905, the French law on the Separation of the Churches and State was passed. Gustave Jossot contributed with his ability as an artist to reveal the importance of religion and of the authorities at that time. He converted to Islam shortly after. This film explores his work and his exceptionnal fate.
